Dextrose is the preferred fermentation sugar, containing not less than 99.5% glucose which is a simple sugar that completely ferments out.

 

Suitable for all beer styles.

 

Commonly mixed with dried malt along with malto dextrin to make 'Brewing Enhancers'.

Also known as glucose powder. Use as you would sugar. Glucose, a monosaccharide, is one of the most important carbohydrates. The cell uses it as a source of energy and metabolic intermediate. Glucose is one of the main products of photosynthesis and starts cellular respiration.  (used as a supplement for sports training)  The natural form (D-glucose) is also referred to as dextrose or dextrose monohydrate powder especially in the food industry.

 

Packaging:

We will endeavour to place your order into a single package, however due to vacuum packaging, the maximum we can fit into a bag is approximately 2.5 kg's. This helps keep your grains fresher for longer and allows for the dimensions to fit into the standard boxes used for delivery.
